In July ITFA launched the ITFA Podcast Channel. Hosting podcasts produced by ITFA Chief of Staff, Tedd George, and featuring members of ITFA’s Board, Committees and Working Groups, this channel explores the association’s work to inform and support the global trade finance and forfaiting community.
The new channel launched with two podcasts. In the first podcast, ITFA Chair Sean Edwards discussed the association’s activities in the first half of 2025 and what’s coming in the second half of the year. Topics included ITFA Week (8-10 July), TF COP 2, the upcoming ITFA Conference in Singapore (3-5 September) and ongoing advocacy work in ESG and CPRI.
The second podcast, ITFA Board member and Chair of the Market Practice Committee (MPC), Paul Coles, profiles the MPC’s newest Working Group on Deep Tier Supply Chain Finance (DTSCF) and its efforts to bring together experts in the field to produce a practical guide and solutions for the industry that can be scaled up.
The channel also contains an archive of previous podcasts, including an overview of ITFA’s work produced last year, as well as podcasts from our partners.

Look out for the next podcasts on this channel, including a look at the SWIFT Loan initiative with longstanding MPC member, James Collins, and an exploration of the recently-created TD COP Task Force with Duarte Pedreira. And please send us your suggestions and ideas for future podcasts.
