ITFA, in partnership with BCR Publishing, is pleased to announce the third edition of the Trade & Investment Forum (T&IF25), taking place on 4 June 2025 at HSBC Group Head Office, Canary Wharf, London. This flagship event brings together global banks, asset managers, insurers and policymakers to explore how to better connect capital and commerce in today’s dynamic trade finance landscape. We are also proud to announce that the following ITFA Board members will be participating during this event: N L N Swaroop, ITFA Board Member and Head of the ITFA Trade Finance Investment Ecosystem (ITFIE) Working Group, will formally open the Forum with the Chairperson’s Opening Remarks at 09:10hrs. He will also moderate the panel discussion titled “An Overview of the Trade Finance Investment Ecosystem“ at 10:30hrs, and later conclude the event with the Chairperson’s Closing Remarks at 17:30hrs. Paul Coles, ITFA Board Member and Chair of the ITFA Marketing Practice Committee, will speak during the session “Case Study: How Originators Are Innovatively Selling at Scale – Expanding Capacity: Orbian Platform + AGI Funder + ITFA Template,” scheduled for 14:30hrs. At 16:50hrs, Andre Casterman, Chair of the ITFA Fintech Committee, will moderate a panel discussion focused on “De-risking SME Trade Assets to Deliver High-Yield Transactions to Institutional Investors.” Topics on the Programme include: Building institutional investor confidence in trade assets De-risking through insurance and structured products The rise of “click-and-finance” models and digital enablement Unlocking SME flows through data and supply chain transparency Public-private partnerships to support sustainable trade From roundtable debates to expert panels, TIF25 offers actionable insights to help transform opportunity into impact.
