Following our latest release on May 17th, the ITFA Board wishes to remind you that on Tuesday 21st June, 2022 the Insurance Committee, in association with BNP Paribas, will be organizing a physical event to be hosted at the premises of BNP Paribas, situated at 14 Rue Bergère, 75009, Paris, France.
The event, which starts at 14:30CET, will be open to ITFA members only, followed by networking drinks starting from 18:30CET. This afternoon session will feature 3 panel discussions, which amongst other things will share insights on Regulatory Advocacy, Insurtech and Standardized wording. Following this briefing, and for the very first time, ITFA is proud to be introducing the ITFA Insurance Awards!
What are the ITFA Insurance Awards?
It felt important for ITFA to organize its first Insurance Award Ceremony with an aim: (i) to further promote and (ii) to build recognition of Credit Insurance around, and beyond, the Credit Insurance Community.
Insurers, brokers and banks will join for an afternoon of panels which will close with the announcement of the Awards Winners. A total of 7 Awards will be granted: 3 for Insureds, 1 for Broker, and another 3 for Insurers.
Votes will be counted as follows. All nominees eligible to vote, have been granted rights to vote for the categories they do not belong to. All votes are anonymous.
Thus, the nominated Voters, will exercise their voting rights as follows:
The Award winners will be announced via ITFA official communications and on social media.
Why are votes so essential?
The voting right is both a responsibility as well as an opportunity to voice your opinion and contribute towards what will be the most representative opinion. ITFA is eager to ensure the plurality of views and opinions in this process. We need a quorum for the Award Ceremony to be a valid representative of the views expressed by the voters.
Who can vote?
This right to vote is unique and individual. Indeed, the person chosen has been identified as the right and unique representative of your Company to exercise a vote for certain categories e.g. “Best Insured”/ “Best Broker” and/or the “Best Insurer”. His/ Her name was recommended by ITFA insurers, bankers and/or brokers all active members of the ITFA Insurance Committee.
Indeed, ITFA over the years has grown its members users, facilitators and/or providers of Credit Insurance Capacity. ITFA is a key industry organization proactive in education, wording templates & opinions and advocacy works promoting the Credit Insurance Product to a variety of stake holders.
