ITFA MERC Webinar – Digitisation Trends for Trade and Supply Chain in Middle East

The ITFA Middle East Regional Committee (MERC) invites you to its webinar addressing “Digitalization trends for Trade and Supply Chain in the Middle East region”, being held in collaboration with Emirates NBD.

The program will explore evolving needs and opportunities in the digital space for trade and supply chain finance in the Middle East, and highlight various stakeholders driving the digital agenda and government-led solutions in UAE.
Digitals solutions have become an important tool to manage and mitigate the outstanding inefficiencies of established trade finance practices. Digitalization is now widely recognized as the most relevant way to innovate and to solve real-world problems. Organizations have used available digital tools to face trade disruptions and fragility around their supply chains during the difficult and continuing COVID crisis. How are those solutions being embraced by corporates, government entities and banks in the Middle East? What is expected from policymakers to further enhance trust in digital solutions? What do corporate customers expect from new technologies and policies?
