The Annual General Meeting of VEFI, The Association of Forfaitiers in Switzerland, as scheduled, will take place on Wednesday, 7 May 2020, at 10:30 a.m. in the premises of Atlantic Forfaitierungs AG, Othmarstrasse 8, 8008 Zürich. 

However, developments around the coronavirus and the measures put in place by the Swiss authorities have a profound impact on the conducting of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

Protecting the health of our members is our number one priority. The VEFI-board has therefore decided that voting rights can only be exercised through independent proxy. It will not be possible to physically participate in the Annual General Meeting.

Members of VEFI have already received the “Proxy and instructions” form and other information by separate email.

The VEFI board deeply regrets that this decision had to be taken due to the difficult circumstances and we hope that we will be able to hold the other events scheduled for the rest of 2020. Updated information can be found on the VEFI-website (www.vefi.ch).
