RESULTS OF THE ITFA AGM HELD ON 1 DECEMBER 2020, Dec 2020

It is with great pride that the ITFA Board announces the smooth running of its first virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM). (We will make an exception for our Chairman who clearly needs a new laptop!). After much preparation and planning, we are delighted that all our legal obligations were discharged and are pleased to advise that during the AGM, the main delegates, by an absolute majority, voted in favour of all the items on the agenda, including:

• Approval of the minutes of the AGM held in Budapest on 5 September 2019
• Approval of the 2019 accounts and auditor’s report
• Approval to re-appoint Curator Revision AG as auditors for 2020
• Re-election of ITFA Board members; Duarte Pedreira, Paul Coles and Silja Calac
• Election to the Board; Johanna Wissing

Since the online voting was such a success, this form of voting will continue to be used during future AGMs. We thank each and every one of you for your time and contribution to ensuring that ITFA can continue to operate effectively throughout the year to come.
