Proof of Concept Agreement

We are pleased to publish, and make available for members, a draft proof of concept agreement for use by financial institutions and fintechs. The intention is for the draft to form a base for discussion between the two entities where the institution wishes to use a fintech SaaS solution in a non-regulated sandbox environment for both parties to gain insight and feedback on feasibility and functionality. The draft was developed with our partner and ITFA member, Pennington Manches Cooper. The draft is consistent with the recommendations of the BSI’s PAS 201:2018 and a link is contained on the first page.

The draft will need to be adapted to suit individual circumstances and regulations and ITFA makes no representations as to suitability or enforceability nor does it accept any liability for its use.
