Non-EU passports – Caution!

With reference to the upcoming ITFA Annual Conference 2022, kindly note that all those who registered for the conference should have received an email from the Conference Secretariat (noreply@mymeeting.se) entitled ‘Provide your passport details in advance of your arrival’  requesting you to provide us with your passport details in advance of your arrival/check-in.

Kindly note that this is a requirement imposed by the Portuguese Government and effects all guests staying at Portuguese hotels.  We therefore urge you to submit your passport details, as well as (where applicable) those of the accompanying guest(s), as soon as possible to avoid a long wait at check-in stage. Thanking you in advance for your co-operation.

Moreover, may we also remind all Non-EU passport holders that regulation requires travelers to carry passports which (i) are issued no more than 10 years before the date of arrival in the EU, and (ii) that have remaining validity/expiry at least three months beyond the intended day of departure from the EU. Please make sure to check that your passport is still valid.

Should you have any further questions on this topic please do not hesitate to contact us on sec@itfa.org.

We are confident that this annual conference will be one to remember.
