ITFA is pleased to welcome the following three institutions to its growing family:

RXIL is India’s 1st TReDS platform established in the year 2016. The platform was launched under the milestone RBI Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) initiative to facilitate the electronic exchange of MSME receivables online. Promoted by reputed institutions such as Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), RXIL has a legacy of empowering MSMEs and bolstering their growth.

The RXIL TReDS platform facilitates the sale of receivables at a discount in return for early payment to suppliers (MSMEs) with two broad offerings:
– Factoring – When sellers initiate the transaction, upload invoices, and bear the interest cost. Single Seller, Multiple Buyers
– Reverse Factoring – When buyers begin the transaction and upload accepted invoices. Single Buyer, Multiple Sellers.

For 20 years, Tinubu Square has provided Credit & Surety insurers across the globe with software and services allowing them to offer best-in-class customer experience, as well as significantly reduce their exposure to risk and their financial, operational and technical costs. Tinubu Square has an international footprint with customers in over 20 countries, including 30 of the top 60 worldwide Credit & Surety underwriters.

Trade Connect Global Ltd is an international trade finance broking and advisory company registered in the UK and based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. We are specialist brokers in the Financial Institutions Trade Distribution space. We originate trade transactions from select corporates in different countries and distribute to various banks around the world. We also work with banks and help them sell down trade assets in the secondary market.

In addition to broking, we provide advisory & consulting services in the area of international trade finance to corporates, banks, trade funds and credit insurers.
