Legal Seminar hosted by GRC for ITFA members only on July 16, 2015 in Frankfurt

On behalf of the German Regional Committee (GRC), the ITFA Board is pleased to invite all ITFA members to nominate at most 3 delegates each to attend this Seminar which will be held on Thursday, 16 July 2015 in Frankfurt am Main.

As the new European regulatory requirements have quite an impact on the German market and our German members have often expressed their regret that they cannot fly to London just to take part in one of the interesting Breakfast Seminars organised by Sullivan & Worcester, the GRC is organising a one-day Seminar on the recently issued legal opinion on the BAFT MPA and a few other interesting topics in collaboration with the law firm. Geoff Wynne and Simon Cook, both highly experienced Partners at S&W will explain the background to the opinion, its content and what the opinion aims to achieve and give an insight on a few other topics dealt with in the London Breakfast Seminars. The Seminar will be held in English and is reserved for ITFA members only.
