ITFA’s response to the EU Late Payment Directive Consultation

ITFA is pleased to announce that we have submitted our response to the EU Late Payment Directive Consultation by the European Commission in November 2023. ITFA members can access the full document here.

ITFA’s plan is to set up a working group, which together with our Advocacy Consultant, AFORE, will be tasked to evaluate the best course of action for the future.
