ITFA – Two new members from South Africa join the ITFA in its mission to increase membership

The ITFA is pleased to welcome two new members to its association, Rand Merchant Bank, a division of First Rand Bank Ltd and Nedbank Ltd, both located in South Africa.

Paolo Provera welcomed both members on behalf of the ITFA, “We are delighted to welcome two new members to our association. They bring a wealth of experience and diversity to our association.”

The timing also coincides with the strategy of the ITFA to expand its scope in being a business platform for forfaiters and trade financiers in committing to facilitate trade in emerging markets. The ITFA is introducing a number of initiatives which will be discussed further at the annual conference in Barcelona to focus on improving knowledge, governance, practices and regulation with its members.

Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), is a leading African corporate and investment bank and part of one of the largest financial services groups in Africa.
