ITFA / Sullivan updated optional BRRD bail-in recognition wording

ITFA is pleased to publish updated optional BRRD bail-in recognition wording for use with the BAFT MPAs. The document can be found here in the member’s section of the ITFA website.

The original wording was included in the guidance notes that accompanied the 2018 (English law) and 2019 (New York law) BAFT MPAs. The updated wording specifically takes into account the UK’s exit from the EU.
