ITFA – Introducing the Conference Speakers in Dubai 2015 – Mr. Peter Matza

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mr. Peter Matza. He joined the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in September 2006, was appointed Head of Publishing in May 2008 and Engagement Director in February 2012. Peter is responsible for developing strategy to widen the ACT’s engagement with the global treasury community as well as managing the publications business of the ACT.

Peter is a Fellow of the ACT (having been a member since 1992) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has over 25 years of treasury and banking experience.

During the much awaited ITFA Conference, Peter will be addressing ”The Contemporary Treasurer – managing tomorrow’s growth”. He will do so by providing answers to the following questions:

• What are the key operational and strategic challenges facing the treasury profession and how should treasurers be better prepared to meet them?
• What are the dimensions of treasury and how has the treasurer’s role changed since the financial crisis?
