ITFA Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Virtual at 1:00 PM (UK time)

Dear Member,

We are pleased to announce that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will once again be held virtually, taking place on 24th June 2025 at 1:00 PM (UK time). We kindly ask you to mark this date in your calendars.

Please click on each link above to access the respective document. Further details on how to join the virtual meeting will be shared in due course.

We would also like to inform you that online voting will be available. A link to the voting platform will be sent in due course to all main delegates. Online voting will open on 23rd June 2025 at 9:00 AM (UK time) and will close on 27th June 2025 at 11:59 PM (UK time). Please note that each member institution is entitled to one vote only.

If the main delegate is unable to cast their vote, they may delegate this responsibility to a colleague by notifying us via email at info@itfa.org no later than 18th June 2025, to allow sufficient time for arrangements and sharing of the voting link.

Please also note that the Board is recommending one Board members for re-election: Sean Edwards.

Any candidates (who must be employed by a member institution) wishing to present themselves for election may do so by emailing info@itfa.org no later than 24th May 2025.
