2024 ITFA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Further to our recent communication may we remind you that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will once again be conducted virtually on 24^th June 2024 at 13:00hrs (UK Time). 

To assist you in preparing for the AGM, we are pleased to provide you with the following documents:

• The Agenda for the AGM.
• A draft of the proposed changes to the Association’s statutes which include a new membership category.
• Additional explanatory note regarding the above.
• A copy of the minutes of the 2023 AGM. 
• The 2023 audited financial statements of the Association.

We would like to inform you that online voting will be available. The email to the voting platform (QuestionPro) will only be sent to all main delegates in due course. Online voting will open on 10^th June 2024 at 09:00 (UK time) and close on 25^th June 2024 at 23:59 (UK time). Each member institution is entitled to only one vote.

Moreover, please note that, in accordance with our policies, only votes from paying members will be counted. We urge those who have not yet settled their 2024 membership invoice to do so at their earliest convenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Those main delegates who will not be able to cast their vote may delegate their powers to one of their colleagues by informing us by email on info@itfa.org by latest 7^th June 2024, allowing us to make the necessary arrangements and share the voting link in a timely manner.

Please note that the Board is recommending four Board members for re-election: Andre Casterman, Christopher Hall, Lorna Pillow and Simon Cook. Two Board members, Johanna Wissing and Zhang Mei are stepping down from their positions.  May we take the opportunity to thank both Johanna and Zhang for their support and commitment during their time serving on the ITFA Board!
 
We are pleased to announce the nominations of Mr. N L N Swaroop and Ms. Sian Aspinall for the upcoming board election, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to our leadership team, with strong support and high recommendations from the current ITFA board.
