Fintechs in action during the ITFA 47th Annual Conference – Bristol

This year’s conference will kick off on the 6th October with a full morning dedicated solely to Fintech developments. Split over 4 sessions, speakers top in their game will discuss a variety of topics.

Representatives from Enigio, China Systems, Finastra and Trade Advisory Network will open the morning as they tackle the following topic: How can negotiable instruments go digital? How are major vendors embracing e-documents?

Automated document checking technology and whether these are a threat on jobs will be the title of Traydstream’s presentation.

The next session will see Sullivan, Marco Polo, EBRD, Demica and Trade Advisory Network debating: the future of trade ecosystems, networks and rulebooks – how are banks embracing them?

The morning session will close off with a discussion related to trade asset distribution and how credit insurers and institutional investors are taking advantage of the new technology-based practices.  Santander Asset Management, Tradeteq and ITFA’s Andre Casterman, Chair of the fintech Committee, will be tackling this session.

Fintechs will once again be in action on the 7th October when ITFA’s Chairperson Sean Edwards and Bolero will be debating about (e)Bills of Lading.
