Fintechs in action during the ITFA 47th Annual Conference – Bristol

This year’s conference will kick off on the 6^th October with a full morning dedicated solely to Fintech developments. Split over 4 sessions, speakers top in their game will discuss a variety of topics. 

Representatives from Enigio, China Systems, Finastra and Trade Advisory Network will open the morning as they tackle the following topic: How can negotiable instruments go digital? How are major vendors embracing e-documents?

Automated document checking technology and whether these are a threat on jobs will be the title of Traydstream’s presentation.

The next session will see Sullivan, Marco Polo, EBRD, Demica and Trade Advisory Network debating: the future of trade ecosystems, networks and rulebooks – how are banks embracing them?

The morning session will close off with a discussion related to trade asset distribution and how credit insurers and institutional investors are taking advantage of the new technology-based practices.  Santander Asset Management, Tradeteq and ITFA’s Andre Casterman, Chair of the fintech Committee, will be tackling this session.

Fintechs will once again be in action on the 7^th October when ITFA’s Chairperson Sean Edwards and Bolero will be debating about (e)Bills of Lading.
