Wasif serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Distribution at Taulia LLC, a leading fintech company specializing in working capital management solutions. Taulia, majority-owned by SAP (NYSE: SAP), is an industry leader in providing Supply Chain Financing, Dynamic Discounting, Accounts Receivable Financing, and Inventory Finance solutions to its corporate clients.
As the fintech and working capital arm of SAP, Taulia leverages the resources and expertise of its parent company, a global leader in enterprise application software. SAP empowers organizations across various industries to enhance operations, boost efficiency, and drive innovation. With an extensive portfolio of solutions in ERP, data management, analytics, and cloud technologies, SAP’s integrated systems deliver real-time insights, foster collaboration, and support decision-making, enabling companies to thrive in the digital economy.
In his role, Wasif oversees all syndication, funding, and distribution activities at Taulia. He is also responsible for developing new funding structures to support the company’s expanding range of working capital finance products.
With 26 years of experience in the financial services sector, Wasif has held significant leadership roles across Banking, Non-Banks, and Fintech industries. His expertise spans Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, and Trade & Transaction Banking. An industry veteran in Trade Syndication and Distribution, Wasif has held senior positions at Citibank as EMEA Head of Trade Distribution, at Greensill as Global Head of Bank Distribution, and currently at Taulia as Global Head of Distribution.
