Shikha Kalra
Shikha has many years of experience in banking, finance and advisory roles across US, Europe, Asia and Middle East, majority of which have been focussed on receivables financing. Shikha has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is also graduate of the Indian Institute of Forest Management.
Shikha started her career in setting up and financing of large-scale microfinance programs, in India followed by a stint at ICICI bank. Thereafter, she spent over 11 years in working capital finance and trade receivable securitisation teams at Rabobank in various countries, before moving on in 2019, to join as a senior member of the Structuring team at working capital technology provider, Demica. She is currently in the process of moving to Demica’s Commercial team to focus on origination of working capital transaction opportunities.
