Shane Halsey
Shane is an Assistant Vice President on the Financial Solutions team at Willis Towers Watson based in New York, where he specializes in providing credit and political risk insurance expertise to financial institutions. Shane has been part of the Financial Solutions team at WTW since 2014, having previously interned with the group during the summer of 2013. Shane and his team work very closely with their banking clients to provide capital relief solutions, assist in counterparty/country exposure management, and facilitate new business opportunities.
Shane became a Member of the ITFA Americas Advisory Board in June 2022 having previously served as the Board Secretary for three years.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
