After completing a BSc in Psychology, Rebecca joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2010 and has held a number of positions across the Bank including: Insurance, Invoice Finance and Asset Finance.

Rebecca is currently a Director within the Trade and Working Capital Solution Development team, focused on Strategy. Her team work hard to innovate and co-create with clients to deliver future ready solutions that address specific client pain points. In this role Rebecca has led a number of large-scale innovation projects all the way from business case development through to contractual negotiations and implementation.
