Lucio Feijo Lopes is a Brazilian corporate lawyer, managing partner of the Brazilian law firm Feijo Lopes Advogados. He heads the firm’s Structured and Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets and M&A practice. Mr. Lopes assists Brazilian and foreign financial institutions, insurers, funds, investors and companies in connection with Structured and Sustainable Finance, Green Loans and Bonds, and M&A transactions related to Brazil. His experience includes legal assistance in deals exceeding US$ 30 billion. Mr. Lopes is a Board Member of ITFA’s America Chapter. He is frequently ranked as one of Brazil’s premier corporate lawyers. His firm was the first law firm in Latin America to endorse the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD)’s recommendations and is also a proud Member of the Climate Disclosure Advisory Board of the United Nation’s Initiative Sustainable Stock Exchanges.
