Diane Kulatunga
Diane is a Trade Finance banker with 12+ years involved in the origination and distribution of Trade Finance assets, across several geographies (Hong Kong, Singapore, Paris) and institutions (Natixis, BMO, CACIB).
Diane’s product knowledge extends across a variety of trade related assets (including receivables and supply chain financing products), ECA and MDB backed financings, secondary sales and political & credit risk insurance products.
Diane has a strong track record of maintaining relationships with Corporates (MNCs, commodity trading houses) and Financial Institutions clients, as well as distribution partners (partner banks, insurers, ECAs, MDBs). She has built her career as a Trade Finance sales dealing with Corporates and Financial Institutions clients during 8 years while working for Natixis and BMO in Asia before joining the Trade Distribution team at CACIB Paris in 2019.
Diane currently holds a Director position in the Paris-based Trade Distribution Solutions team within CACIB. She joined ITFA’s Southern European Regional Committee in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Nice, France.
