Charlie O’Mulloy
Charlie O’Mulloy is an Associate in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) Trade Facilitation Programme, where he manages the Bank’s trade finance portfolio across Central Asia and leads initiatives to advance digitalisation within trade finance operations.
Charlie joined EBRD from Artis Finance, an alternative finance provider, where he worked in the Origination Team. He holds an MSc with Distinction in Energy, Trade & Finance from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School.
Charlie serves as Chair of the ITFA Emerging Leaders Committee, promoting collaboration, education, and innovation across the industry. Charlie has a keen interest in commodities, emerging markets, and the energy transition.
