eBSI – International Trade Specialist Accreditation Program – 2 for the price of 1

As part of the Board’s efforts to provide more to its members, ITFA is pleased to announce that it has reached another agreement with eBSI Export Academy, which ITFA members can benefit from, when enrolling for the Online Distance Learning program called the International Trade Specialist (ITS) Accreditation program.

eBSI is kindly offering ITFA members the opportunity to enroll two participants (from the same member institution) for the price of one to complete the ITS Accreditation program. eBSI’s flagship course, the ITS Accreditation program lasts for 42 weeks. This can also be taken on a fast track basis for those who wish to complete the course sooner. One may commence the program at any time and will cover the full spectrum of international trade operations from Export Marketing, Trade & Customs Practice (including significant coverage in transport and logistics), Trade Finance and Payments and of course an eBusiness Module.

The cost of the ITS Accreditation is EUR 1,497.  Therefore, thanks to this agreement, ITFA members can now enroll 2 participants for the price of 1 for the ITS program at a price of EUR 1,497. Third party accreditation fees of the Institute of Export (EUR 397) for the Advanced Certificate in International Trade (an NVQ level 4 equivalent professional qualification) would also need to be paid but only upon successful completion of the ITS Accreditation. Once completed, one will automatically be eligible to commence his/her studies with the Institute of Supply Chain Management at NVQ LEVEL 5 Qualifications, thus saving a lot of time and money.

The International Trade Specialist Accreditation program has been designed to be a ‘Gateway Program’ which provides access to further studies with the prestigious industry bodies. An added advantage is that one will also have permanent access to the Export Career Center eBSI Career Zone with hundreds of positions added every month from around the world, thus becoming a member of a network of International Trade Professionals which now has a presence in over 70 countries.
