DNI Initiative – Lloyds Bank takes the lead in adopting ITFA’s dDOC and ePU

Following our post on Monday 22nd August 2022, regarding Lloyds Bank’s issue – as a member of ITFA’s Digital Negotiable Instrument Initiative (DNI Initiative) – of their first ever digital promissory note, we are pleased also to highlight the involvement of our valued member and partner, international law firm Sullivan & Worcester UK LLP, which provided advice on the format, structure and validity of the note.
