The Annual General Meeting of VEFI, The Association of Forfaitiers in Switzerland, as scheduled, will take place on Wednesday, 7 May 2020, at 10:30 a.m. in Zurich. Due to the increase in concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19), VEFI-board has decided that voting rights can only be exercised through independent proxy. It will not be possible to physically participate in the Annual General Meeting.
