Following the publication of our Addendum to our DNI Handbook, we have received a number of queries concerning the use of legal opinions to prove legal reliability of electronic or digital systems used to produce digital negotiable instruments as required by the Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023 which is compatible with the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records.

Due to space limitations in our original venue choice as a result of the growth and increasing popularity of our annual conference, we have had to make an important change regarding ITFA’s 50th Annual International Trade and Forfaiting Conference. Instead of our original plan to hold the conference in Milan, we have decided to relocate it to the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus, dates unchanged: 4th to 6th September 2024.
