13:00 – Session 2 : Introduction to the ARC Working Group on African SME trade finance –
Introduction to the ARC Working Group on SME trade finance, industry survey results and focus of the financial products work stream.
13:10 – Session 3 : Innovative financing solutions for African Trade –
Four case studies exploring innovative approaches to facilitating trade finance for Africa’s SME traders:
This will be followed by a short Q&S, comparing and contrasting the different innovations and unwrapping the issues in more detail.
In this final session, moderated by Tedd George, all the speakers will share their insights on how best to use innovation to close Africa’s trade finance gap, as well as taking questions and comments from the audience.
