DFI (Development Financial Institutions) Advisory Panel

The ITFA Development Financial Institutions (DFI) Advisory Panel was created in 2023 to give a voice to DFIs in the trade finance industry in the way in which the ITFA Board sets its priorities and workstreams, generating alignment with the “public sector”-led agenda for international trade. The Panel membership is comprehensive and includes participants from both multi-government and single-government led organizations. The panel meets at least twice a year.

The Panel’s work paved the way to the creation of TF COP, an initiative aimed at bringing together both public sector and private sector representatives of the trade finance industry, focused on the resolution of the trade finance gap.

Current participants include representatives from:

African Export Import Bank
