Reminder/Update – GRC event – Presentation of the ITFA Market Practice Committee – 3 July, Frankfurt

The ITFA Board wishes to remind you that the GRC is organizing its Spring / Summer event on July 3, 2017 in Frankfurt am Main. As usual, access is restricted to ITFA members only with a maximum of 3 participants per member institution attending. The presentation, which will be held in English, will be followed by the Annual Stammtisch.

This year, at the event, the ITFA GRC is pleased to present the activities of the ITFA Market Practice Committee. For this purpose, most of the Committee’s members will join us in Frankfurt, and will present the different issues which have been raised with the ITFA Market Practice Committee. You will also have the opportunity to ask any regulatory and legal questions. So do not miss this opportunity! The topics  to be discussed will include the BAFT MRPA update process; the renewal of the legal opinion CRR IV §194; CRD IV efficiency of insurance policies and many more.
