ICC Academy – Regulation & Compliance in Trade Finance Conference, 26 October 2016, Singapore

The ITFA Board is pleased to announce that following its recent agreement entered into with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Academy, ITFA has managed to obtain 1 registration at 50% discount for its ITFA members, to attend ICC Academy’s first Regulation and Compliance in Trade Finance Conference on 26 October 2016 in Singapore. In addition, all other registrations are available to ITFA members at a 30% discount.

In order to register and benefit from the ITFA discounts please send an email on alexiavella@itfa.org. As always, the 1 registration at 50% discount will be available to an ITFA member on a first come first serve basis. Please bear in mind that such offers are eligible for new bookings only.

This high-level event will gather some of the trade finance industry’s leading professionals to discuss regulatory trends – both in the regulatory capital and financial crime fields – which have had a major impact on the financing of trade in recent years. Leveraging the ICC Academy’s position as one of the leading education providers for trade professionals, the conference will include practical sessions on how banks and corporates can best manage increasing regulatory compliance risks.

ICC Secretary General John Danilovich will open the first-of-its-kind event which will feature speakers drawn from industry, government and regulatory bodies. Participants will also be able to choose from two separate streams – capital adequacy or compliance, depending on their particular interests. Another key feature of the conference will be the release of the results from the 2016 ICC Global Trade and Finance Survey.
