Get ready for an exciting new chapter! The ITFA Emerging Leaders Committee (ELC) is officially opening applications for several new committee members, and this is your chance to shape the future of our trade finance community.

This launch comes with some big news from our leadership team.  This comes alongside an important transition in the leadership team. A massive thank you to Pouya Jafari for his incredible vision and dedication as our Chair and Clara del Val as a core member of the ITFA ELC. As they step down, we are thrilled to announce that Charlie O’Mulloy will be stepping into the role of Chair, with Katie Gates taking the role of our new Deputy Chair. We are excited to see their dynamic leadership guide the ELC to new heights. 

The ITFA ELC is looking for passionate, forward-thinking individuals who are ready to:

• Drive initiatives and events;
• Amplify the voice of emerging talent across the industry;
• Forge powerful connections with peers and leaders;
• Shape the educational and networking agenda for the next generation.

Successful candidates will become part of the ITFA ELC for the remainder of the Committee’s current mandate in April 2027.
