Day 1: Roundtable

The Leadership Pipeline: The Future of Work in Transaction Banking
This roundtable will explore the evolving dynamics of leadership in transaction banking, discussing the future of work with a focus on how women play a pivotal role in shaping the industry. The transaction banking industry, like many others, continues to build an inclusive leadership pipeline and is striving to provide more and more equitable opportunities for women to lead – however, there is a view that there remains a disparity at the top, underscoring the persistent challenge of achieving gender parity in leadership positions. This roundtable will aim to unpack the challenges and opportunities for fostering a more inclusive future, address any systemic barriers to achieving gender equity in TB as well as derive the best practices that have worked so far from the varied players participating at this event.
