REMINDER – ITFA Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Virtual – September 14, 2023

May we remind you that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted virtually on 14 September at 13:00 hrs UK time. We kindly request you to mark this date in your calendars.

The Board

Please note that four Board Members are up for re-election; Duarte Pedreira, Lynn Galkoski, Paul Coles and Silja Calac. Kindly note that Ms Lynn Galkoski has chosen not to seek re-election and will be stepping down from her board position. The Board has agreed to propose Mr. Hernan Mayol as the new candidate to fill the vacancy created by Lynn’s resignation from the board.

Online voting is currently open and will close on 15 September at 23:59 (UK time). A link to the voting platform has been sent from QuestionPro program to all main delegates earlier today. Please note that each member institution is entitled to only one vote.
