ITFA Webinar – Negotiable Instruments – An Enabler for SCF Growth

ITFA is pleased to announce that it will be holding an educational webinar on SCF Accounting Treatment in September and ask for those interested to mark their calendars now!

The webinar will be held on Thursday 21st September 2023 at 1300hrs BST (UK) and will consider the fundamentals of negotiable instruments and other debt instruments, associated accounting treatment and how the changing landscape can drive meaningful growth in Supply Chain Finance.

We will hear from funders, accountants, technology platforms, insurers, and rating agencies with the objective of enabling everyone to understand how SCF may be used to manage working capital and fund buyers and suppliers alike in this new environment.

• Consider how the use of digital negotiable instruments in Supply Chain Finance could provide a platform for growth.
• Define clearly what is meant by “Supply Chain Finance” for the purposes of in-scope accounting disclosures.
