ITFA Annual General Meeting (AGM), Porto – 8th September 2022

In anticipation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 8th September in Porto during our annual conference, we are pleased to make available:

• the Agenda for the AGM
• a copy of the minutes of the 2021 AGM 
• the 2021 audited financial statements of the Association

As per last year, voting will be done online. A link to the voting platform will be sent to all main delegates in due course. Online voting will open on Monday 5th September at 09:00 (UK time) and close at 17:00 (UK time) on Thursday 8th September.

Please note that one Board Member is up for re-election; Sean Edwards – ITFA Chairman. Candidates may present themselves to the Board for election in the usual way by sending an email to info@itfa.org by no later than 8th August 2022.
