8^th March 2022: – 360tf has organized an international webinar on the occasion of women’s day which was themed on “Women in Global Trade Finance- Breaking the Glass Ceiling”

360tf is very focused on women empowerment and considers ESG (Economical Social Governance) as a very important factor for growth. 

The company currently has more than 50% women employees which they are focused on increasing to 55% by the end of this quarter. 

The webinar was conducted to empower the women’s leaders present in the trade finance world and to encourage more women to start their careers in the trade finance world which right now is dominated by men. 

The webinar was a huge success as it saw the registration of more than 500 entries that too from 20 different countries and the turnover ratio was around 50% which indicates that people are eager to learn more about trade finance.

Moderator for the webinar was Dr. Rebecca Harding who is the Co-Founder and CEO of Coriolis Technologies, which is situated in London, United Kingdom. This has represented international coverage of the webinar which increased the presence in the British market.

Speaker for the events were:

Sereen Ahmed who is Director, Head of Trade and Working Capital Middle East, Chair of Barclays MENA Diversity and Inclusion, is situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). UAE is considered as the trade capital of the world and a speaker from the place increase peoples interest which was seen on the webinar as people were asking questions accordingly.

Andre Casterman who is Founder and Managing Director at Casterman Advisory, Board Member, and Head of FinTech Activities of ITFA is situated in Gistoux, Walloon Region, Belgium. It showed mass coverage in Europe with the speaker being a native of the continent which encouraged people to attend the webinar and get their queries solved. 

Kunjan Kapadia who is Head of Banking Alliance at 360tf is situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Being an employee of 360tf itself she displayed an outstanding culture of the firm which encourages its people to grow and provides them the platform to share their views with speakers from different from multiple continents. 

The webinar has helped people to get more clear insight on the topics like the evolution of Economical Social Governance in trade finance, the role of fintech in the growth of economy and trade finance, the contribution of women in the growth of the trade finance industry, and many more such topics.
