LIBOR replacement discussion/ 2008 and 2018 English law BAFT MPAs

This notification is being issued in conjunction with our communication dated 27th October 2021 entitled ‘Libor Amendment Documents’.
 
Following feedback collated from our members, ITFA, together with Sullivan and BAFT has, through the Market Practice Committee, made some revisions to the following documents:
 

• BAFT Master Participation Agreement 2008 English Law
• Form of Amendment Agreement to 2008 English Law MPA
• BAFT Master Participation Agreement 2018 English Law
• Form of Amendment Agreement to 2018 English Law MPA

 
The guidance note as provided in October 2021 remains relevant.
