DNI Initiative Webinar – Technology Integration By China Systems and Enigio

Following the release of the first deliverable of the DNI Initiative, the ITFA Fintech Committee is delighted to invite you to our second educational webinar taking place on Tuesday 19 May. Two sessions are planned for our global membership: one at 10am UK and a repeat webinar at 3pm UK time.

The goal of this Technology Integration webinar is to highlight how DLT-based digital document technology integrates into existing systems, processes and channels. Both Fintech Committee members Enigio and China Systems will showcase how Bank Guarantees can benefit from a digital process whilst maximizing security and traceability of the original signed documents.

The agenda and speakers are as follows:

Göran Almgren, CEO, Enigio explains: “We are confident that our DLT-based trace:original solution provides the most effective upgrade path from physical documents to digital originals, as our technology not only mimics today’s physical document flows but also offers the highest levels of security, integrity and traceability. Similarly to paper, trace:original documents can be stored on any media and transmitted via any existing or future channel as the solution is open to all and doesn’t require participants to join an ecosystem or digital island.”

Joel Schrevens, Solutions Director, China Systems adds: “The first instrument we have implemented, and are able to demonstrate today, is a Digital Guarantee, which allows us to substitute a paper based transaction with a fast and secure digital document exchange between the different Guarantee parties, using exactly the same processing flows and capabilities defined for SWIFT and paper based Guarantees. We can now reuse the framework to provide support for the ePU and replace the printing and physical exchange of other trade documents with a fully digital process, irrespective of business content, standard or network.”

Please confirm your registration to lanika@itfa.org. In the meantime, we invite you to discover highlights in our dedicated blog entitled “ITFA fintechs joining forces to digitise negotiable instruments using advanced document technology”.
