NEW ITFA MEMBERS – April 2020

ITFA is proud to announce that three new institutions have joined our growing association during the last month.

Bolero International is a market leader in the digitisation of trade documentation and processes. They provide solutions across the entire global supply chain reducing the risks, costs and inefficiencies of complex, paper intensive and fragmented business processes. From applying for a simple bank guarantee to processing large volumes of purchase orders or managing letters of credit, Bolero is helping organisations to optimise working capital, secure trade finance and reduce the risks and costs of global trade.

Jacco de Jong will be the main contact person for all ITFA related matters.

Clyde & Co is an international law firm with a strong global reputation in international trade, marine and insurance law. Based in London it has offices in over 40 jurisdictions. Robert Parson leads the firm’s global trade and commodity practice and has specialised in structured trade finance and related legal discipline since the mid- 1980s.

Robert Parson will be the main contact person for all ITFA related matters.

APS Bank is a Maltese bank established since 1910, with majority shareholding held by the Archdiocese of Malta and the Diocese of Gozo.

Since then, operations have vastly expanded and today the Bank employs over 400 staff working at a modern head office building located in Birkirkara (Swatar) and eleven branches across Malta and Gozo.
