Updated BAFT New York Law Master Participation Agreement

Following the release of the updated English law Master Participation Agreement (MPA) by BAFT last September, ITFA is pleased to inform you that BAFT has now also released the updated New York law MPA. The new form will be available to ITFA members in the Member Area of our website.

This new MPA closely follows the updated English law document and is supported by guidance notes as before. The documents can equally be found in the members’ section of the BAFT website. The updated MPA was developed by Sullivan & Worcester based on input from the working group set up and led by BAFT, in collaboration with the ITFA Market Practice Committee.

We look forward to seeing these efforts continue to assist the members of both ITFA and BAFT.
