Sullivan & Worcester Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar – 23 February 2016, London

In collaboration with Sullivan & Worcester, ITFA is pleased to invite you to yet another Trade Finance Breakfast Seminar entitled “Supply chain finance, securitisations and other receivables finance structures – some issues and possible solutions.” This seminar is going to be held on Tuesday 23rd February 2016, at Pinners Hall, London, UK. Registration and breakfast are at 8:15 am followed by the seminar from 8:45 till 10:00 am.

Simon Cook will talk about structuring supply chain and other receivable finance and consider some of the issues relating to these structures and more generally to the financing of independent payment obligations and receivables. The seminar will cover topics as diverse as issues with the use of electronic/third party platforms, the difficulties of securitising trade receivables and what do we actually mean by supply chain finance as well as looking at the use of insurance and the concept of true sale.
