Joint Paris Europlace, ICC France, ITFA Session on BIMCO standards

Paris Europlace – the Paris financial services-led body, in charge of developing and promoting Paris as an international financial center – has launched a new “Digital Trade” working group in order to drive the alignment of French law to MLETR.

Paris Europlace, ICC France and the Fintech Committee of ITFA invite you to attend an information session about the BIMCO standards for bulk shipping featuring Grant Hunter, Director of Standards, Innovation and Research, BIMCO.

Who is BIMCO? BIMCO was established in 1905 and represents a global shipping community of around 2,000 members in more than 130 countries which collectively cover over 60% of the global fleet. BIMCO’s mission is to be at the forefront of global developments in shipping, providing expert knowledge and practical advice to BIMCO members.

The agenda of the upcoming session is as follows:

  1. Introduction by Béatrice Collot, Co-Chair Groupe MLETR Paris Europlace
  2. Presentation of BIMCO Standards by Grant Hunter, Director of Standards, Innovation and Research, BIMCO
  3. Latest progress on DNI Initiative and focus on Transport & Logistics by Ulf Eggefors, Head of Sales, Transport & Logistics, Enigio
  4. Q&A
  5. Conclusion by Emmanuelle Butaud-Stubbs, Secrétaire Générale, ICC France and Philippe Henry, Co-Chair Groupe MLETR Paris Europlace.
