ITFA is pleased to welcome the following nine institutions to its growing family:

Arqit supplies a unique quantum safe encryption Platform-as-a-Service which makes the communications links of any networked device secure against current and future forms of attack – even from a quantum computer.  Arqit’s core product, QuantumCloudTM, enables any device to download a lightweight software agent, which can create computationally secure encryption keys in partnership with any other device. QuantumCloudTM can create limitless volumes of keys in limitless group sizes and can regulate the secure entrance and exit of a device in a group.  The company was recently awarded the Innovation in Cyber award at the UK’s National Cyber Awards.

As part of a suite of financial services applications that Arqit is developing, the Electronic Transferrable Record service mints and secures trade finance assets and leverages QuantumCloudTM to future proof supply chain finance solutions against disruption and fraud.  By securing digital trade documents to the highest standard, financial institutions, SCF platforms and corporates can fully rely on the integrity of these digital documents now and in the future. 

Arqit is working to commercialize its solutions along with other ITFA members and trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols ‘ARQQ’ and ‘ARQQW’.

Mr Dominic Broom who is the main delegate of ITFA said he was looking forward to the announcement going live and to working closely with ITFA members.

Brown Brothers Harriman (“BBH”) is a bank that was founded in 1818 as a private partnership. Today, they continue to be owned and operated by their General Partners. The Main delegate for ITFA matters is their managing director Mr. Lewis Hart.

Mr. Hart explained that while they are headquartered in New York, BBH is a global firm with approximately 6,000 employees in 17 offices worldwide. They have three primary lines of business: Private Banking, Investment Management and Investor Services.

Their roots are in international commodity trade finance: BBH was a commodities merchant in the 1800’s before transitioning into a bank. Lewis mentioned that today, their Private Banking line of business provides capital and advice to private businesses and their owners, many of whom are in the international commodities trading industry. They regularly provide working capital financing to traders of energy, metals and agricultural products.

Comerica Bank is a subsidiary of Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA), a financial services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and strategically aligned by three business segments:  The Commercial Bank, The Retail Bank and Wealth Management. Comerica focuses on relationships and helping people businesses be successful.  In addition to Texas, Comerica Bank locations can be found in Arizona, California, Florida and Michigan, with select businesses operating in several other states, as well as in Canada and Mexico.  The main delegate for ITFA matters is Senior Vice President, Ms. Denise Collaku.

Kentro Capital Ltd is an insurance industry investment group comprising of two distinct brands, being Nexus underwriting, one of the largest global MGA platforms, and Xenia broking, a specialist financial risk, credit insurance and surety insurance broker. The main delegate for ITFA matters is the Director of Financial & Specialty, Mr. Richard Bishop.

Mr Bishop stated that their purpose is to be the best and to provide a solid, protective roof for their family of businesses supporting and enabling their growth whilst retaining their entrepreneurial spirit.

Lendscape is the world’s leading technology vendor for the administration of all forms of secured finance. The main delegate for ITFA matters is Ms Claudia Perri, Regional Commercial Director, who oversees Southern Europe, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland and MENA.

With over 45 years of experience and in-depth industry understanding, Ms Perri stated their dynamic team has designed, developed, and delivered secured lending technology to over 50 markets and some of the world’s most prestigious banking and financial services providers. Lendscape supports a range of working capital and asset finance solutions such as factoring, invoice discounting, supply chain finance, asset-based lending as well as asset finance and many other forms of specialist finance.

NLB d.d. is a member of NLB Group, the leading banking and financial group with headquarters and an exclusive strategic interest in our home region – Southeast Europe. The main delegate for ITFA matters is Ms. Helena Belingar, General Manager Trade Finance.

Ms. Belinger stated that in addition to NLB d.d., a main entity in Slovenia and a public company, NLB Group is comprised of seven subsidiary banks and several companies for ancillary services (asset management, real estate management etc.). The Group utilises a universal banking model and supports its clients through retail, corporate, and investment banking services. On six out of seven markets where the Group operates, the market share of member banks exceeds 10% (measured by total assets).

Premium Bank OJSC began to function since 1994, the bank was rebranded as Premium Bank OJSC in November 2018.  Main delegate for ITFA matters is the Treasury Manager, Mr. Senan Khalilov.

Mr Khalilov explained that the bank operates as corporate bank and its main customer base is based on air transport, trade sector and government owned companies. The main business activities of Premium Bank include cash management, commercial payments, FX operation, trade finance operations, deposit and lending. 

Rosenthal & Rosenthal is the leading factoring, asset-based lending, purchase order financing, d2c and e-commerce inventory financing firm in the United States. Founded in 1938 by Imre J. Rosenthal, the firm is now led by the third generation of the Rosenthal family. As a privately held company, Rosenthal is committed to providing personalized service and flexible lending to clients across a broad range of industries. The main delegate for ITFA matters is the SVP of International Factoring, Mr. Peter Clement.

Mr. Clement explained that Rosenthal has offices in New York, California, Georgia and North Carolina and serves clients across the country and abroad.

Mr. Srivastava stated that the company launched and operates Kratos™ – one of the world’s largest digital financing platforms – to directly connect MSMEs with lenders online and source capital across commodity trading, supply chain, logistics, and ecommerce finance.
