Charlie O’Mulloy
Charlie works for the the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in the Bank’s Trade Facilitation Programme. He is responsible for negotiating and structuring trade transactions with a focus on Central Asia, as well as developing EBRD’s digitalisation capabilities within trade finance.
Charlie joined EBRD from Artis Finance, an alternative finance provider, where he worked in the Origination Team. He holds an MSc with Distinction in Energy, Trade & Finance from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School and has a deep interest in commodities, emerging markets and the energy transition. He participated in ITFA’s 2021 Emerging Leaders Trade Financier of the Year Award in 2021 where he was a finalist.
