As you are aware, ITFA has been in talks with several stakeholders in the European Parliament and Commission to advise and inform them about the proposed revision of the EU Late Payment Directive (2011/7/EU) (ref. Ares (2023) 219034 of 12th January 2023).

Following the updates to the Eurosystem in 2023 with the introduction of T2, ITFA is pleased to share with its members a proposed wording to amend the references to TARGET Day in the existing English law BAFT MPA forms as well as the 2019 ITFA MPA for Unfunded Participations.
